(“we”, “us”, “our”, etc.) stipulates the following privacy policy (“Policy”) regarding the handling of information of our customers that includes personal information (“Customer Information”) in the provision of our services, website, and all other services (collectively, “Our Services”).

      5. Information provided by third-party services pursuant to a customer’s permission given for linkage with such third-party services in using Our Services.
    3. If a customer permits linkage with social networking services, communication services, or other third-party services when using Our Services, the following information will be collected from the relevant third-party services pursuant to the consent given at the time of permission.
      1. The ID used by the customer on the relevant third-party service; and
      2. Information that a customer consents to being disclosed to Our Services in accordance with the privacy settings of the relevant third-party service.

      • A case where we outsource all or some of the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the utilization purposes;
      • A case where personal information is provided through a succession of business through a merger or other reasons;
      • A case where personal information is provided to an affiliate or information collection module provider in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 4;
      • A case where it is necessary to cooperate with the performance of legally stipulated official business of a national government agency, local government, or person engaged thereby, and obtaining user consent has a likelihood of impeding the performance of such official business; and

    When we receive from a customer a request for disclosure of personal information pursuant to the provisions of the APPI and it is confirmed that the request is from the customer him or herself, we disclose such information to the customer without delay (if the relevant personal information does not exist, we will provide notice to that effect); provided, however, that the foregoing does not apply to cases where we are not obligated to make disclosure in accordance with the APPI or other laws and regulations. Customers acknowledge in advance that we charge a fee (1,000 yen per case) for disclosure of personal information.
